Eight-Person Room is available for independent travelers on non-holiday/non-weekend. It is required to share rooms with guests of the same gender and charge is at NTD 400 / person, including breakfast.

Guidelines of Reservation Inquiry

【Reservation】
- Once reservation is confirmed, deposit should be transferred within 3 days.
- Wire transfer:

- Fax the receipt to 886-3-9324909 (Note your Name, Check-in Date and Your Cell Phone No.) to confirm. If receipt is not received within 3 days, rooms will not be reserved.
- After transferring the deposit, please keep the receipt until check-in date for check-in. If customers cannot make it to the hostel by 6 pm on check-in date, please inform us before 6 pm by phone; otherwise the rooms may not be reserved.
【Note】
- 100% Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made 3 days before check-in date.
- If cancellation is made 3-10 days before check-in date, 80% of deposit will be refunded, or once deferral with a maximum of 3 months is allowable.
- On check-in date, if natural disasters like typhoon or earthquake occur, once deferral with a maximum of 6 months is an option. Or, 100% deposit can be refunded and NTD100 of handling fee will be collected.
- If group schedule changes, customers cannot make it. With 10-day advanced notice, 80% of deposit can be refunded.

＊ Lifetime Learning Cardholders: Enjoys 20% off from Sun.-Thu; fixed rate on Fri. and Sat.
＊Student groups, student independent trip, teachers, volunteers: Enjoys promotion rate all year round.
【Accommodation Note】
Welcome to Yilan Student Hostel. To create better quality of lodging, your cooperation is highly appreciated.
- Please avoid making noise and keep the TV volume down.
- Please turn off the light and faucet when leaving.
- Please keep valuable belongings by your side. The hostel is not responsible for your losing belongings.
- Any damage is caused accidentally or on purpose, compensation of designated charge/repair charge should be made.
- Please don’t litter.
- To ensure public safety, please don’t smoke or cook in the rooms.
- Check-in time: 2pm. Check-out time: 10am.
- Hostel curfew : 11pm
- Time schedule of hot water supply in the public bathroom on 4th and 5th floor: 5pm-11pm. Men are not allowed into Women’s bathroom on 4th floor. Women are not allowed into Men’s bathroom on 5th floor.
- When check-out, please return the key on the reception desk. NTD500 per key is charged if lost.
