Regulation of Facility Rental in Yilan Student Hostel
|
- Before the event, please fill out the application form of facility rental, and pay the charge and deposit three weeks before the event. Deposit is 30% of facility charge.
- On the event date, our staff is at your service to unlock the facilities.
- When the event is closed, our staff will examine the facilities and equipments. Any damage should be compensated according to the original price.
- If users cancel the facility use, the deposit and total fees will not be returned. But if our hostel or the government is to hold events for special need, we will notify users to cease using and return all the fees.
- If natural disasters occur and the facility is out of use, use applicants can apply for deferral or have all fees returned.
- Use and decoration of facility should be approved and according to the following:
- Explosives are strongly prohibited.
- On wooden floor, any damaging equipment for affixation is prohibited. Drag of props or equipments are prohibited.
- No adhesive tape, double-sided tape is to use on the whiteboard, walls, ground, tables or chairs.
- Decoration, cleaning and restoration are to be on users’ own. Equipments should be returned to our reception desk.
- Trash should be sorted, packed and put in designated place.
- Please keep personal belongings on your own.
- Impromptu installation of lighting or other electronic devices are to be approved and installed by professionals.
- Period: 8-12am, 1-5pm, 6-10pm. Use of less than 4 hours are counted as 4 hours. Use of more than 4 hours will be counted as 8 hours
- If rehearsal and decoration is needed before the event, relevant procedure should be conducted.
- Posters or signs are to be examined by our hostel and printed upon approval.
- Posters or signs are to be hung on the designated areas.
